AUTUMN MIST MEETING 1999

The report of the London Autumn MIST meeting of 26 November 1999,
written by Neil Arnold the new MIST Reporter, has now appeared in
the February 2000 issue of "Astronomy and Geophysics" (vol. 41,
pp. 1.29-1.30). Members of the Royal Astronomical Society receive
a free copy of this attractive and interesting journal which is
published six times per year. The RAS is the independent learned
society representing MIST science, is and the professional body
for MIST scientists. I would urge all members of the MIST
community who do not already belong to the RAS to seriously
consider joining. Details are on the RAS website:
http://www.ras.org.uk/ras/
The editor of "A & G" is always on the look out for
contributions; how about writing an article on a MIST topic?
