Administration

The Registration (free!) Desk will be in the main foyer at BAS and will be manned from 0930. The meeting will be held in the main conference room at BAS.

Coffee and tea will be provided courtesy of BAS Upper Atmospheric Sciences Division.

We are planning to arrange a buffet at £6.50 per head if there is sufficient interest. Otherwise the BAS canteen will be able to provide food.

Please notify Margaret Riley by (M.Riley@bas.ac.uk) 25 April (at the latest) of your intention to attend. Please indicate whether you would like to participate in the buffet lunch, eat in the canteen (this information is needed to warn the canteen staff to cater for extra numbers) or make your own arrangements. You will be able to pay for the buffet on the day either by cheque or cash. We recommend the buffet since this will allow for a more cohesive gathering over lunch.
