The highest frequency channel is dominated by 'spherics' (lightning noise). Two SCEs (Smith, 1996) are seen at around 0350UT and 0450UT, with dawn chorus beginning from ~0730UT. Polar hiss (cusp noise) is observed around local noon (15UT), and we also note some "dropouts" (Smith, 1995), notably at ~1720UT. | |
