If the problem looks like a system error, you might find something useful at in our downtime/error/updates log.
Sometimes we get Oracle errors, in particular: "ORA-06108: NETTCP: connect to host failed (DBD: login failed)" or "ORA-01034: ORACLE not available (DBD: login failed)" tend to mean that, um, Oracle isn't available. This rarely happens, but if it does, try again an hour/day later.
In all cases, if the problem persists, mail me (WMC) the exact URL and query string, and preferably how you got to the page giving the error.
