Mary Canning here are the images (I did jpegs but these really didn't look very good so I did gifs instead)
You have full resolution reprojected (all the same area ) images. These are AVHRR images at around 1 km resolution. They were recieved at BAS Rothera Station in the Antarctic and relayed back to Cambridge days after reception.
