  • The General bathymetric Chart of the Oceans (GEBCO)

(BEDMAP will use the best available DEM which will be derived from the following sources.)

• Ancillary data

• ERS-1 altimetry
• Airborne and oversnow altimetry
• Contour based cartographic data
• GPS and other survey data

• Surveyed coastlines (Antarctic Digital Database /Antarctic Glaciology and Coastal-Change Project)
• Grounding lines
• Glacier margins
• Ice shelf boundaries

(The following features will be used primarily to aid in the spatial interpolation)
