Residential delegates should arrive between 14:00 and 15:00 hrs on Sunday 16th September 2012. Enter the College by the Old Kitchens door (see (External) floor plan ), attend Registration in the Stanley Library and report to the Porter's Lodge to sort out domestic arrangements before the start of proceedings at 17:15 hrs.

Directions and Car Parking

(External) Maps and directions to Girton College . Cars should be parked in Mares Run car park off Girton Road and not in the college courtyard. 

Accommodation and Meals

Accommodation and all meals will be provided during the period you are required to stay at Girton; please let us know in advance of any particular dietary requirements.

Girton College facilities

The college has an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts and a croquet lawn which will be available for delegates' use. Internet access is available (but we recommend that you do not leave laptop computers or other valuables in bedrooms.)
