25-Jan-2011 Rothera Runway - Rothera runway is unavailable to all fixed and rotary wing traffic during BAS DASH 7 PNR operations. It is mandatory for Commanders of all inbound aircraft to contact Rothera Operations on the day of and before departure to ascertain details of runway availability. Any aircraft arriving during the periods of DASH 7 PNR will not be given landing or holding permission under any circumstances. All aircraft arrivals must therefore be planned to arrive outside the projected daily PNR periods.
