Sending letters, small packages and parcels — these can be posted at any time of the year via the international postal service, but delivery is very restricted.

Sending email and fax direct to Antarctic ships and bases — available all year

What to do in an emergency — 24 hour cover throughout the year.

Antarctic diaries and blogs
Updates from the stations and ships for general interest.
