BAS is not responsible for the content of external sites.
The British Antarctic Survey (BAS) annual budget for 2010–2011 is £49.7 million. Most of this comes directly from an allocation by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), our parent body, and the rest from other sources, including income from NERC research grants, the Antarctic Funding Initiative (AFI), and external contracts.
